We did the lotus replanting work (beside the main hall) on March 27th.

I did the lotus replanting work (next to the main hall). March 27

1. First of all, it has been a few years since I simply cultivated it in a plastic container, so I am preparing to transplant it into a pot.

2. I take the lotus out of the old container and cut the roots.

3. I have about 3 buds attached and cut them in two and a half to three and a half sections.

4. Cut buds for cutting and replanting. (The rest of the cut will turn into compost.) )

5. Put cohesive soil underneath (usually put mud or field soil. In some cases, small red balls are kneaded and added. ) and set the seedlings in place.

6. Cover the seedling with mud.

7. Add water and complete.

8. It is installed next to the main hall.

Digression:I transplanted a solid bud, and I think a fine lotus will bloom this summer. I don't know about the lotus variety because I received the seeds and grew them from there, but please try to identify them from the flowers. Now that the roots are free, I think it will be easier for large flowers to bloom. Also, sometimes I have to sink a little granulated oil cake to the side of the pot. That's how I take care of it.
