Reiwa 7th year Tanabata Festival (individual prayer) and Tanabata special puja (accommodation plan available) held July 1(fire)~July 14(moon)Held until (July 7)(moon) 19From now on, we will hold a special Tanabata ceremony. (Free participation on the day, free) The opening of the Gohonzon is about 1 hour) The strips to be displayed in the precincts and the temple gate are free, so please feel free to write them down. (We have strips available at the temple gate and reception.) Originally, Futamigaura had Saruta Hikoishi and Saruta Himeishi on both banks, and these gods were said to be husband and wife, and a special memorial service was held on July 7 to reunite the spirits of the two stones that were separated, and also to meet the reunion of Hikoboshi and Orihime. At the same time, we will also hold a memorial service that will take care of the fulfillment of everyone's wishes (prayers for good marriage, etc.) and the reunion (offering) of the spirit that reminds you of your thoughts. Local nursery schools, schools, welfare facilities, medical institutions, and other corporations will also participate, and the precincts will be vividly colored. The main deity of this mountain is Senju Kannon Bodhisattva, and it can be said that the "compassion" inherent in Buddhism and the mercy of Kannon are generally poured down as mercy. When you can feel the presence of Jiyu through your heart, you will feel a sense of intimidation and gratitude. At that time, our way of life will become better and we will be able to do self-interest and altruism. And in Shitennoji Temple, founded by Prince Shotoku, it is said that a welfare facility called Sada-in was built for the first time in Japan. It can be seen from a long history that Buddhist ideas and welfare ideas have an affinity. In addition, this mountain is said to have been founded by Gyogi. Gyoki has set up a free lodging place called "Fuseya", and has the face of a religious person who practices mercy. And through Tanabata, the Tanabata Festival, which began with the hope of being useful for community welfare, is also in its second year in earnest, and I hope that you will agree with the idea of Buddhist welfare. I would appreciate it if you could put your thoughts on Tanabata and make memories. It is a special day when you can touch the string (bonding cord) tied to the wrist of the main deity, Senju Kannon, once a year. (It is said that there is merit.) Anyone is free to touch it. We are doing it all day on the day. On the 1st ~ 7th, the temple gate is lit up every day. Prior to the prayer day, we have installed a strip at the reception desk in the precincts, so please stop by and write your wish on the strip when you visit. You can write the strips that will be displayed in the precincts for free. You can write a strip of paper to be displayed in the main hall (300 yen per piece). If you wish to pray individually, we will pray at the main hall by reservation for one hour per person. Please apply in advance. 10 a.m. ~ 4 p.m., Reservation system in 1-hour increments (7,000 yen per group including strips) Tanabata Special Memorial Service(Illumination with the image of a starry sky) (Reiwa 5, Tanabata Memorial Scenery) (Reiwa 6, Tanabata Memorial Scenery) Tanabata Special Memorial Service (In the middle of the memorial service, the kitchen is opened to treat it as the Milky Way, and it expresses that wishes can be fulfilled by the power of Kannon.
